This bulletin applies to all NEC 1400 & 2000 IVS, IVS2, IPS, UNIVERGE IPS Products.

  • Open Matworx
  • Connect to the PBX
  • Click on tools drop down menu
  • Click on MOC
  • Press F9 to get a Command = prompt
  • Enter 771
  • Press F8
  • Enter extension #
  • Press F8
  • Type in new name
  • Press F2 to save your changes
  • Press F3 to backup to the Enter Extension Step
